Data Deletion Instructions

BnB Your Building ("BnBYourBuilding") is a brand of Rothman LLC, Miami, Florida. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This includes details you sent through our website form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, email, phone, or SMS.

How to request deletion

Email zach@bnbyourbuilding.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

Your name.
The email address and/or phone number you gave us.
Where you contacted us, if you know (website form, Facebook or Instagram lead form, email, phone, or SMS).

You can also mail your request to Rothman LLC, 2020 NE 185th Terrace, North Miami Beach, FL 33179.

What happens next

We confirm we received your request within 5 business days. We may ask you to verify that the request comes from you.
We delete your information from our lead and contact systems within 30 days of receiving your request, and confirm by email when it is done.
We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, or to honor your choices. For example, we keep a record of a phone number that has opted out of texts so that we do not text it again.
