BnB Your Building ("BnBYourBuilding," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand of Rothman LLC, Miami, Florida. These terms cover your use of bnbyourbuilding.com, our inquiry forms, and our SMS text messaging program. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

This site describes the furnished-rental management services we offer to multifamily building owners and property managers. The content is general information. It is not an offer, a guarantee of results, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Results described for specific properties depend on the building, the market, and local rules, and are not a promise of future performance. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with you.

Your inquiry

When you contact us, please give accurate information. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to discuss our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may contact you by email or phone, and by SMS text message only if you have opted in.

SMS text messaging program

Program name: BnBYourBuilding (BnB Your Building), operated by Rothman LLC. Messages come only from BnBYourBuilding about your own building inquiry. We do not send messages on behalf of third parties or affiliates, and we do not sell, rent, or share leads or opt-in data.
What you will receive: text messages that follow up on your building inquiry, including replies to your owner or building inquiry and scheduling of calls or visits.
How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our inquiry form and providing your mobile number, or by otherwise giving us your express consent to text you.
Message frequency varies.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also email zach@bnbyourbuilding.com to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to inquire about or buy any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
